We celebrated Remembrance Day by learning about why it is important and what the soldiers did for us. We took part in the two-minute silence to remember the lives lost in the war and those still fighting for us. We painted poppies and made a wreath to display in the window to show our respect.

Class 2 had a Stone-Age workshop recently, which was incredibly hands-on and engaging.​
 

On Monday 11th March (Science week) Class 2 took a trip to Slimbridge Wetland Centre to support our Science topic of 'Living things and their habitats'. We all enjoyed seeing the different species of birds, feeding them, and taking part in an activity called ‘Wetland Wonders’.

We have just returned from another fun filled trip to Viney Hill.
